We have been developing in handphone industry as “DTC” brand and services. Now we aim to expand to all over Indonesia, we need many young professionals to be part to dynamic and innovative team.

Web Progammer (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Male / Female max. 30 years old
• Hold min. S1, Preferable in Web Design programming, Design Graphics, Architect
• Experience min 1 years in similar position
• Familiar with Web Programing (ColdFusion Macromedia, Java, PHP, VB .Net), Setting and security (concept, implementation)
• Familiar with MS SQL Server and Windows Server base
• Knowledge in CMS (Joomla and Joomla extension programming)
• Experience in ERP Implementation (Standard Application, MRP, CRM, SCM), making concept for all material support in all system, press release
• Advanced knowledge of standards-based XHTML and CSS coding
• Able to work under pressure, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
• Must be an active team player, self initiative, capable to work individually and organized
• Good command in English
• Ability in web design will be an advantage

With the current trend of technology and its merging with business processes, more and more companies are now requiring prospective applicants to submit their application online. Thus, first impressions are relayed not by your first appearance but by the quality and content of your e-mail. E-mails regarding job application should be polished and well-articulated. Complete your sentences and do not abbreviate.
Employers do not like when you send them application letters that seem to be too casual. It is important to make a letter that is both formal and well written. This gives a good impression regarding your capabilities and skills.

Consider potential issues that may hinder you from getting the job
Although there are instances wherein there is a lot of need for a job but the requirements for the position may entail training programs that may bar you from getting the position due to its highly competitive nature. Some require a lot of experian even at least 3 years of work experience. Some may have no barriers to entry but the job itself may entail a very routine work flow.
